[Pkg-gmagick-im-team] Bug#1038637: Recompile imagemagick with libraw

imagemagick is compiled with ufraw, which has been removed
<https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=931725> in recent Debian
releases. The official recommendation
<https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick/issues/1617#issuecomment-505529230>
is to use libraw instead, but does not work because imagemagick isn't
compiled with libraw on Debian.
