[Pkg-gnome-extras-maintainers] Bug#1128805: GIMP determines the background color for rotation wrongly

To reproduce, grab https://www.debian.org/logos/openlogo-75.png. For a human, the background is white, and the foreground is the spiral in red. So while rotating, new space should be filled white. This is not what happens. If you tilt it slightly, you get new regions filled with red; cf. the attachment.
Please fix this.
