Package: evince
Version: 49~alpha.1-2
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
When one hovers on internal links in the document, evince displays a pop up with the target of the link. When doing this repeatedly evince crashes.
In case it helps, here is the run under gdb:
[Thread 0x7f1a277fe6c0 (LWP 1120875) exited]
[Thread 0x7f1a27fff6c0 (LWP 1120874) exited]
[Thread 0x7f1a33fff6c0 (LWP 1120866) exited]
[Thread 0x7f1a316fd6c0 (LWP 1120873) exited]
Thread 1 "evince" received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x00007f1a471f40a5 in ?? () from /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgtk-4.so.1
Running it under strace, it takes longer to crash but eventually does and then repeats the message:
ppoll([{fd=4, events=POLLIN}, {fd=8, events=POLLIN}], 2, {tv_sec=0, tv_nsec=0}, NULL, 8) = 1 ([{fd=8, revents=POLLIN}], left {tv_sec=0, tv_nsec=0})
Best regards,
C.
