Bug#224141: libgda2 - New upstream version

Package: libgda2

A new version of libgda2 has been released for a few weeks now.

It features some changes which are quite important to create language
bindings, something which I'm trying to do and quite need actually; I
would very much love to use a new Debian version rather than my own
packages.
