libgnome2-0 depends on libesd

The previous version didn't provide a /usr/share/omf directory so
scrollkeeper was not needed.

I've changed the scrollkeeper Depends to Suggests, I hope it'll be
ok. Have you a lot of packages with bad depends ? Have you mailed the
maintainers to says that some of the Depends are not needed ? We have no
reason to keep un-needed depends ...
