Bug#218693: balsa: Filter to move mail to another folder does not work

Setting up the filter does nopt allow the naming of a mbox to move mail to. This means that when the filter is applied to an mbox you receive the message "bad mailbox name for filter"

Below is the exported filter:

As you can see no mbox name exists in the "fileinto "";" line.
