Bug#219685: nautilus: Crash on delete

I can't reproduce this bug here. I've not delete entry in the right
click menu if the permissions are bad, and the "suppr" key open a box:
"Error while moving :
... cannot be moved to Trash because you do not have the permissions to
change it ..."

Could you provide more details ? How are you deleting file ? Which are
the permissions ? Perhaps a backtrace ..
