Bug#219946: totem doesn't handle AAC (Quicktime audio)

Totem doesn't play the audio track from QuickTime movies compressed with
the AAC audio component.  Apparently
faad2(http://faac.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php?page=FAAD2) correctly 
decodes this format and can be linked in.  For an example movie that
fails this test see the "Return of the King" trailer from
http://www.lordoftherings.net/trailer_rotk/video.html
