Package: gtk+2.0
Version: unavailable; reported 2003-11-10
Severity: normal

When loading images from disk using gdk-pixbuf they will always be
opened with utf-8 encoding, regardless of the setting of
G_BROKEN_FILENAMES.

It should instead use g_filename_from_utf8 to convert the argument to a
local filename.
