Updated debian/watch files for all!

Hey everyone,

I've added or updated debian/watch files for everyone in pkg-gnome.
Since uscan doesn't do recursive scanning, I've pinned the directory to
the version that is currently being accepted for GNOME 2.4.1. So please
remember to update your uscan file when the major version number for
your package is bumped up.

So far only 3 of our packages are lagging behind (with two of them are
Sebastien's!) =3D P

file-roller: Newer version (2.4.2) available on remote site
  (local version is 2.4.1.1)
gnome-games: Newer version (2.4.1.1) available on remote site
  (local version is 2.4.1)
glade-2: Newer version (2.0.1) available on remote site
  (local version is 2.0.0)
