        /usr/share/mime-info/gnome-vfs.mime should only be a link to
        /etc/mime.types, or GNOME should try to use the first and only add =
entries if necessary).

Which version of MS Powerpoint does produce .pot files? I'm only aware
of .ppt and .pps (pps was added in gnome-mime-data, BTW).
