1. Check /etc/apt/sources.list for a deb-src line matching your Debian
   mirror.
   eg. deb-src http://ftp.debian.org/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free

   # apt-get update

2. Install packages required to build glabels.

   # apt-get install fakeroot
   # apt-get build-dep glabels

3. Build the package.
   $ DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=3Dnostrip fakeroot apt-get source --build glabels

4. Install newly built Balsa debugging packages
   # dpkg -i glabels*.deb
=20
