Bug#221407: nautilus: Renaming impossible if other files in directory updated.

It is impossible to rename a file if other files in the same directory are
being updated.

1) Have a directory of MP3s being encoded. Have a directory with a file
being downloaded. It doesn't matter...
2) Right click -> Rename... a file other than the one being downloaded.
3) Marvel as your ability to rename a file is near instantly removed.
