Yes, totem has a manpage.  But it still needs to have a good
one written.  Someone doing a search for programs in
/usr/bin that don't have a manpage (I intend to do this
post-Sarge) would not know that totem still needs to have a
good manpage written.  The current placeholder makes it look
as if a proper manpage (i.e. one that actually talks about
command-line options) already exists.
