Bug#242168: gdesklets: starterbar-desklet is broken out of the box.

I have just installed gdesklets and gdesklets-data.

Both running via Nautilus and manually against "gdesklets", the
starterbar-desklet located at
/usr/share/gdesklets/Displays/starterbar-desklet/starterbar.display fails.

It displays two errors:

Could not load sensor 'StarterBar'
An error occured while loading a sensor. This most likely means that the
sensor is broken or simply not installed.

Invalid display file
'/usr/share/gdesklets/Displays/starterbar-desklet/starterbar.display'
The display file contains invalid data and could not be loaded.

I don't think both of there errors are correct. Furthermore, this doesn't
really help me resolve the problem.
