Bug#244340: rhythmbox: new upstream 0.8.0

Upstream has released rhythmbox 0.8.0.  If I'm reading the
release notes [1] correctly they've fixed #236171
(ogg-vorbis streams) which was merged with #220782 (live365
streams).  However those bugs are still open in upstream's
bugzilla.

Here are some other bugs that may be fixed, however I didn't
investigate them very carefully:

#229361 (archive not saved on session close) is tagged FIXED
in upstream's bugzilla, probably also fixed.

#229710 (shuffle checkbox widget not updating) is tagged
FIXED in bugzilla, probably also fixed.

#235110 (does not immediately save playlists) is tagged
FIXED in bugzilla, should be fixed in this release.

#241896 (spanish l10n) is tagged FIXED in bugzilla, possibly
fixed in this release, definitely in next.  (time of closing
is very close to release time)
