if the version of librsvg2-common needs a close version you should
Recommends: librsvg2-common (>= 2.6), librsvg2-common (<< 2.7)
alternatively (if linda/lintian complain about the above)
Recomments: librsvg2-common
Conflicts: librsvg2-common (<< 2.6), librsvg2-common (>= 2.7)
