Justification: renders package unusable

and does not load any books.

ii devhelp-book-b 0.3-3 Binutils book for the DevHelp system

ii devhelp-book-g 0.3-3 GNU C Library (glibc) book for the
ii devhelp-book-g 0.3-3 Gtk+ 2 books for the DevHelp system
ii devhelp-book-m 0.3-3 A 'make' book for the DevHelp system
ii devhelp-book-s 0.3-3 Simple DirectMedia Layer book for the
ii devhelp-books 0.3-3 Books for the DevHelp system
ii libdevhelp-1-0 0.9-3 Library providing documentation
talking with kov, he told me that devhelp should call gconf to create
the schema and load the books.
thanks for your atention.

This bug only existed on experimental, so waiting for an unstable upload
is not needed.
