Hi Josselin,

the bug submitter said, fontconfig choose the wrong font for
the alias font like Sans, Serif and Monospace on cy_GB
locale. I think which are the fonts actually refered for
those depends on the decision in fontconfig. so I'm
reassigning this bug to fontconfig then.
