I still see this with 2.6.0-1 on powerpc:

Setting up libgtop2-dev (2.6.0-1) ...

No `START-INFO-DIR-ENTRY' and no `This file documents'.
install-info(/usr/share/info/libgtop2.info): unable to determine
description for `dir' entry - giving up
dpkg: error processing libgtop2-dev (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
