Bug#245839: rhythmbox: libid3tag0-dev is not needed anymore with gstreamer >= 0.8

Since Gstreamer >= 0.8 the metadata edition is done inside GStreamer.

If you check the configure.ac you will see that the libid3tag is only
needed when you don't use GStreamer, I think it should be removed from
the build dependencies.
