Bug#246599: librsvg2-common 2.6.4-2 dependency problems?

Shouldn't librsvg2-common 2.6.4-2 depend on libgtk2.0-bin in addition to
libgtk2-common, since the file /usr/sbin/update-gdkpixbuf-loader is from
that package.

(I have a faint memory that experimental packages should not be reported
to the bug data base. If this is true I would like to apologise and
would appreciate a pointer.)
