That's a gconf path ...

$ gconftool-2 -R /system/gstreamer/0.8/default

>=20
> | edit these values include gconf-editor, gstreamer properties 2.6 and
>=20
> should be gstreamer-properties.

That was not meant to be a package name but could be changed yes :)
