Package: epiphany-browser
Version: 1.2.6-3
Severity: normal

For the past few days, Epiphany has been forcing the
accessibility.browsewithcaret option on. This option gives Epiphany
windows a cursor as in a word processor, which makes scrolling with the
keyboard rather awkward. I can disable it in about:config, but it will
be re-enabled as soon as I open a new window, so that's not a solution.
I can't find a relevant setting in Epiphany's or GNOME's preference
dialogs.

Yes, I guess so. I suppose it might be meaningfully hooked into the
accessibility framework in future.
