It fixes some issue:
- update to the new upstream version 1.2.7
- we need the new version since the current one doesn't build with mozilla 1.7.1
currently in the archive.
- apparently the gnome.mk rule was overwriten because of the includes order in 
debian/rules. Now it seems right so we can let dh_gconf handling the schemas.
- it removes the static schemas registration which was still pointing 
on /etc/gconf instead of /usr/share/gconf, dh_gconf handles that.
