This package does not use po-debconf because it steals the templates along
with the translation from the xdm package.

I think that it's the right way to do. It would be even better to use a
specific package containing all the templates shared between several
packages (the ?dm ones, the "Apache or Apache-ssl" ones and so on), but
we're still looking for someone to step in...

In the meanwhile, I suggest to tag this bug as wontfix, and leave it open to
save people the work of converting the package to po-debconf again and again
;)
