Package: gnome-session
Version: 2.2.0.1-1
Severity: normal

I have a multi monitor setup without xinerama disabled. This is so that
DRI works on my one screen that uses a video card with hardware acceleration. Thus, I have screen 0 (:0.0) and screen 1 (:0.1).

I just installed a fresh Sid with Gnome and Metacity. When Gnome started up for the first time it put a menu and an edge panel on each screen (four panels in total, one on top and bottom for each screen). I don't want them on my second screen since I use that screen for watching TV only. I deleted the two panels on screen 1, saved session, and then restarted X; however, the panels reappeared. It seems, though, that the edge panel no longer contains anything (it's just empty).

Expected: Delete panels, save session, restart, do not see deleted panels.
Actual: Delete panels, save session, restart, see previously deleted panels.

Thanks,
Mathew Johnston
