Bug#264788: capplets-data: schemas files in /etc/gconf/schemas should be removed

No, as I said I don't know if a package use dh_gconf or not and even if
a package use dh_gconf you should fix this bug before sarge.

The lignome maintainer has fixed the same bug #264323 in one day whitout
discusing if this bug is right or not or should be fixed by another
package or not.

A good example how to fix bug quicly.
