Bug#264788: capplets-data: schemas files in /etc/gconf/schemas should be removed

Of course users are stupid and will never try to register a schemas file
with gconftool.

And no, I've filed bug report for only packages installed on my
machine. Others packages are not my problem and *again* this is not my
problem  how this bug should be fixed.

Useless ?  Only RC bug are not useless ? This bug is a bug thats all.
