Package: gnome-session
Version: 2.6.2-5
Severity: important
Tags: l10n

[Severity set to 'important' since this bug prevents some l10n scripts=20
working, though you may prefer to downgrade it.]

As part of the tests with the language-env package, I prepared an=20
~/.xsession file which includes a setxkbmap call to set the Turkish=20
keymap:

	[...]
	$layout=3Dtr; $variant=3Dtr_f
	setxkbmap $layout $variant

	[...]
	exec $real_startup

(Last line invokes the x-session-manager which is currently set to=20
gnome-session.)

But this didn't work. AFAIR, there was no such problem in the GNOME=20
2.4.x series. I didn't test it with the -2.6.0, will try it later and=20
let you know. Please also note that I use 'gdm' as x-display-manager=20
and no such problem has been occured when using a x-window-manager only,=20
instead of a x-session-manager (i.e. twm, ratpoison, sawfish, wmaker).
