Bug#266518: gnome-system-tools: Add gksu in gnome-system-log startup

it would benice if the link startup of gnome-system-log in debian and gnome
menu contains gksu like 
gksu gnome-system-log.
In a standard configuration, the directory /var/log is belong to root
and to root group.
