Bug#268137: tsclient: Spanish locale codification seems wrong

The spanish accented characters are wrong. It seems that the .po file is
not an UTF-8 valid file or something.

I've uploaded an image with the problem to my server

I'm using Sid but the package in Sarge seems the same that the one in
Sid.
