Bug#268703: gossip: Provide feedback when clicking URLs

It would be very nice if feedback could be given when clicking on a URL in the
chat window:

 * Change the link colour while the mouse is held down, so that the user
   knows that their click was registered and the browser is launching.
   Mozilla can take a while to load, leading users to sometimes click
   twice, loading two copies of a page.

 * Change the link colour to indicate that a link has been clicked; this
   would be useful when a contact sends the user several URLs and the user
   wants to launch them all.
