Bug#265535: gnome-session: Only happens when you run GNOME as root

This case only happens when you run GNOME as root, and then you have the permissions for doing a shutfown. If you are loged in as a normal user - you only get the logoff option.

P.s.
There is not reason for running GNOME as root...
