Bug#268990: librsvg2-2: remove provokes gnome installation

Since I do not use librsvg and I refuse to have any bit of gnome on my machine,I want to remove it, however

apt-get -u remove --purge librsvg2-2

It is more than strange that gnome should be installed to remove librsvg.
