Bug#269257: metacity: warns about missing session management support in apps

Hi :)

Well, of course it is fortunate to be warned about missing support in
apps, but I think metacity is the wrong program to do this.

I enabled 'always save session on logout'.
Whenever I log out, I first get the confirmation window.
After I confirm to log out, metacity complains about missing sm support
in Mozilla (and sometimes it takes several seconds/minutes to realize that).
The complaining dialog is modal and there is no possibility to cancel
the logout at that stage.

It would be much nicer if missing sm support could be detected earlier,
so that it is displayed in the logout confirmation dialog.
In the current way the warning dialog is not very informative
(the user will notice that some apps didn't start on the next login anyway).
