An interesting foible of this application that I've not see before.
I have a DVD drive on /dev/hdc, symlinked to /dev/cdrom.
I have a CD writer on /dev/hdd, symlinked to /dev/cdrom1.
Upon startup, sound-juicer attaches itself to /dev/cdrom regardless of
the drive you've picked in the preferences. Personally, I use the CD
writer on /dev/cdrom1 because it gets the DA extraction right.
The preferences dialog claims it's using the right drive, but it's not.
The only way to recover from this that I can find is to enter the
preferences, pick the other drive, then pick the drive you want to use.
After this, sound-juicer gets it right.
This happens each time sound-juicer is loaded.
