Correction: 08_pmu_fix.patch makes acme_fblevel_is_powerbook() look
for 'NewWorld' instead of 'PowerBook'.  i incorrectly wrote 'PowerMac'
in my previous note.

of course, searching for 'NewWorld' in /dev/cpuinfo completely changes
the semantics of the function.  it should probably change names to
acm_fblevel_is_newworld(), if this is really the desired semantics.
