Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libgnome-keyring0: Depends: gnome-keyring (= 0.4.0-2) but 0.2.1-3 is to
be installed
E: Broken packages

I'm currently using Debian GNU/Linux 2.6.7-1-k7 (kernel image) and
libc-2.3.2

See http://packages.debian.org/gnome-keyring

Package gnome-keyring
      * testing (gnome): GNOME keyring services (daemon and tools)=20
        0.4.0-2: alpha arm hppa i386 ia64 m68k mips mipsel powerpc s390
        sparc
      * unstable (gnome): GNOME keyring services (daemon and tools)=20
        0.4.0-2: alpha arm hppa hurd-i386 i386 ia64 m68k mips mipsel
        powerpc s390 sparc

All archs have correct version, so this must be your local mirror or
local instalation bug. I am unable to help you more, since you didn't
write what is your dist (testing, unstable).

If you feel that this is really problem in debian and not in your local
setup, please send contents
of /etc/apt/sources.lists, /etc/apt/preferences (if exists), do apt-get
update and try to install it again and send output of both commands.

I am closing this bug for now, but don't take it that I am unwilling to
resolve this bug. You (or I) can reopen it again in future after it
will be clear that it is really bug in package (and I am able to
reproduce it).
