Bug#286220: capplets: gnome-settings-daemon crushes while starting Gnome from remote X-terminal

Gnome does not start properly from remote X-terminal (really diskless PC
with Linux and XFree86).  The message "gnome-settings-daemon crushed" appears.
This problem was not present in previous (2.6.1-x) version.
On local :0 display everything is OK.
