Bug#286517: metacity: doesn't respond to right-alt key release

I use Alt-{Left,Right} to switch between workspaces in metacity.  This
works fine when I use the left Alt key.  When I use the right Alt key,
metacity doesn't notice when I release it.  I have to press a key or
click the mouse to get metacity to remove the workspace-switching
overview (the little box in the middle of the screen that shows all
the workspaces as you switch between them) and return focus to an
application.
