Bug#286973: A debugging libgnomecanvas is not built

Hi,

It would be very useful if a version of libgnomecanvas2 could be built
with debugging symbols and put in a libgnomecanvas2-0-dbg package.
This could be done with the current build--package it as for
libgnomecanvas2-0, but just make sure the symbols aren't stripped.
