I often want to "Open With..." a file with a specific executable, but I
don't want this program associated with the filetype.
Is it possible to change the "Open With..." -> Application dialogue such
that in addition to offering the choice of "Cancel" or "Associate
Application", I could specify an application to run that wouldn't be
associated. (thus a single use)
