Bug#287686: gconf2: Can't find gconf client documentation

Devhelp displays an error while searching for 'gconf_client_get_string
()', this is due to /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/gconf/gconf.devhelp linking
to /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/gconf/GConfClient.html instead of /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/gconf/gconf-GConfClient.html (missing "gconf-" prefix).
