libpt-1.8.3 was uploaded already, but is in the NEW queue of ftpmasters.
They have been ignoring it for weeks now without accepting nor rejecting
it. The sole comment they posted to us so far has been fixed and new
packages uploaded, yet no further action yet.

We thought it'd be accepted faster and either way, uploading the new
pwlib to experimental without the new gnomemeeting would have broken
too. So the only solution is to have the new pwlib be accepted.

If you need the new pwlib, take the one from www.gnomemeeting.org or
their snapshots server.
