Bug#232621: FTBFS: needs versioned debhelper build-dep

The build of gcalctool failed on a few arches where older versions of
debhelper were already installed in the buildd chroots.  This is because
'dh_gconf' was only added to debhelper in version 4.1.84, according
to the changelog.  Given that a few bugfixes were made to dh_gconf in
the uploads after that, I would recommend bumping your debhelper
versioned build-dep to (>= 4.1.87).
