Please NMU libeel2-data, removing dependency on libeel2-2

Yes and totally my fault. I should take a break instead doing stupid
error. BTW I've waited several days and 3 mails to ask if someone could
do that before doing a kick upload since nobody was interested in that
... and a wrong upload. If you see an error instead of asking for a fix
please fix the package and ask for an upload, uploading it's not a
problem ....
