Bug#234902: libgtk2.0-0: "." key makes a ","

I recently started using Gnome2 and other GTK+2 apps, and in all of
them, the "." key of the keypad gives a comma instead of a point!

This is really strange because other X applications correctly get a
point, and xev shows that the X definition indeed is a point:
