New maintainer / gnome-terminal and libvte

Hi,

Just to say that we have a new maintainer for gnome-terminal/libvte. 
Arnaud Patard (alias rtp) is a futur NM, he has already packaged php-gtk
(that should be soon in the archive, I'm going to sponsor it) and he's ok
to take care of g-t and libvte. 
I've added it to the alioth members, so he can use the SVN and easily
found uploaders. The team will be an uploader for the package as usual.

I hope that it's going well and we will soon have a new DD to help on
gnome packages :) 

BTW thanks Arnaud to take care of this.
