The new libobobo upload had the nice little surprise of getting a newer
shlib installed, and now all the packages are getting a libbonobo
dependency that will take 10 days to resolve in testing (and making our
pseudo-freeze so much funny)...

I suspect^Wassume libbonobo(+ui) are using dh_makeshlibs -V, which is a
nice way of stalling things.

We should change that to manual shlibs, and only bump them when symbols
change or get added...
